Adult Freestyle Technique Masterclass

Great morning with this very fun crew of gnarly ocean swimmers and ironmen taking part in the freestyle tech masterclass with @elitesaltacademy head coach Kim Eulo Eulenstein at The Entrance Ocean Baths this morning. There was a strong focus on length of stroke, timing, efficiency and breathing. Looking forward to seeing you all again very soon!
